I ordered 2 times.
1st time everything came well.
Therefore, the second time I was ready to pay above the average price.
20% of the defective items arrived were rotten and broken. All photos and videos have been taken.
Throwaway flower.
The plantation only compensated for the cost of the flower without logistics.
I consider this approach unacceptable for a plantation that is trading above average.
In fact, they either throw it away themselves or send the garbage to the client. But for some reason the client has to pay for the fact that the plantation sent rubbish.
At the same time, a defect occurred in the company, which was trading at the bottom of the market. The compensation was full, despite the fact that the amount of compensation was higher than the amount of the flower.
This is the approach of a company that respects itself and takes responsibility for its mistakes.
And this plantation is blacklisted, despite the fact that when everything goes well the flower is worthy. But I don’t want to pay more for the company’s mistakes.
