The criterion is calculated based on a user feedback about the quality of the product from this seller. The review criterion is taken into account in the overall rating if the supplier has at least 10 reviews from customers.

Impact of criteria on overall rating:

30% * (product quality) + 30% * (shipped orders) + 40% * (customer reviews) = overall seller rating.

If there are less than 10 customer reviews, then the overall seller rating is calculated using the formula 50% * (product quality) + 50% * (shipped orders)

Everything was always fine, the rose was heavy and had good colors. In the end (like a holiday! They slip in an old flower and the color is terrible, unsaleable) and at such a price! Do you have a conscience?
