If there are less than 10 customer reviews, then the overall seller rating is calculated using the formula 50% * (product quality) + 50% * (shipped orders)

The quality leaves much to be desired...... There is a lot of waste, there is fungus on the rose, the rose is of poor quality, I had to clean it, and! Lots of worn out roses! This means they are packaged poorly.
