30% * (product quality) + 30% * (shipped orders) + 40% * (customer reviews) = overall seller rating.

If there are less than 10 customer reviews, then the overall seller rating is calculated using the formula 50% * (product quality) + 50% * (shipped orders)

I am stating the facts, the quality is average, the sorting of flowers in packs is different, 3 packs of flowers are sprays, I attribute this to the delay in delivery

The shirts of the roses were torn off, but the plantation turned out to be simply the best in terms of complaints and returned all the money spent without any questions, for this great respect!
