The criterion shows the percentage of rejects out of the total number of flowers sold by the seller.

The criterion shows the percentage of orders actually shipped and fulfilled out of the total number of orders.
*Customer Reviews
The criterion is calculated based on a user feedback about the quality of the product from this seller. The review criterion is taken into account in the overall rating if the supplier has at least 10 reviews from customers.
Impact of criteria on overall rating:
30% * (product quality) + 30% * (shipped orders) + 40% * (customer reviews) = overall seller rating.
If there are less than 10 customer reviews, then the overall seller rating is calculated using the formula 50% * (product quality) + 50% * (shipped orders)
